This is our go to place for building supplies (nails, screws,lumber). They have everything you need and their prices are very competitive.

The folks behind the counter are super friendly and willing to help or answer questions. They have better quality wood: 2x4 straight and exactly 8 feet or 10 feet; various plywoods with cleaner faces. I have had issues with Home Depot with lumber not as advertised, kinda like the 1/2 and quart ice creams. I just got some 4x4 8-foot posts for a project, and they were all straight, no twists, no checks. They also 7/8inch pine boards 1 side smooth 1 side rough--just like used on barns.

For building supplies for all applications agricultural, residential, commercial & industrial construction. This is the supplier to work with for any project from pre-construction to completion. Knowledgeable staff in all departments provide a efficiency base service for every transaction. Recently worked with Cumberland Supply staff to design & fabricate custom commercial gutters for on a project completed in December 2025.

We are moving to the area from south of Baltimore Maryland. Lance was great, helpful, and fast. They had everything I needed, unlike the local box store. They are going to deliver and save me time and money. It’s a great feeling to read these reviews and then to have a great experience as well.

Exceptional service. David at the building supply desk understood exactly what I needed for a metal roof on a small shed. The custom cut materials were available in a short time and the price was certainly reasonable. Haven’t made such an enjoyable purchase in years.
